Editor's Letter …

I hope you all are enjoying the spring as everything seems to be growing now that the warmer weather is with us – but for how long?

The committee are all working hard doing what the Group does best.

We are very fortunate that we receive so many donations and it amazes us that this is raised by so many different people doing so many different sponsored events. Thank you all. As you will see we are still doing Supermarket collections. We are finding that we are talking to so many people who are interested in the CWBC.

Our Volunteers support and also take their turn on the Telephone Rota. We are quite unique in that we are there for anyone to ring in 24 hours a day and every day of the year. Thank you.

There are meals arranged in most areas. If you are interested please contact the area Co-ordinator in your district. Their telephone numbers are on the inside of the front page. These are open to you all. We would love to see and meet you.

Please, please think about putting a recipe, article or photograph in the next magazine. I would also like your comments on the content as I try to make it as interesting as possible.

I would also like you to think about Christmas and our Christmas card. It would be really good if you could design one for us. Please contact me – my telephone number/email is on the inside front page.
